Tiger Woods Arrested After Crash
Plus: Rory vs. Bryson, Houston Open Update, and More.

Good Afternoon. As you’ve undoubtedly read by now, Tiger Woods was arrested yesterday after rolling his vehicle in a residential neighborhood. He was charged with DUI.
Tiger is the most talented golfer of all time, but he’s also clearly a deeply flawed human being who needs help from the people in his orbit.
To this point, he’s clearly not getting it, and if it continues, he’s going to kill himself or someone else.
He’s been crashing cars for over a decade, and he’s seemed inebriated in interviews throughout that time - and not one person in professional golf, from the media to the TOUR to his TGL teammates, knew about it?
Speaking of Golf Media, the posts by Dan Rapaport and Riggs were so cringeworthy and corny. I really don’t like to tear down fellow media members, or athletes, but my goodness. Put the phones down, boys.
The good lord gave us all two ears and one mouth; we should all try to use them in that proportion.

Houston Open: Gary Woodland Leads By 3

From a sad story about Tiger, to a happy one about Gary Woodland.
Woodland, who had brain surgery two seasons ago, is in the process of writing a remarkable comeback story in Houston this weekend.
It’s been a long journey since his surgery, and the resulting PTSD has made the recovery challenging.
He was being celebrated after his return from surgery, but inside he was really struggling. A few weeks ago, he opened up about his PTSD, and he said he “feels 1,000 lbs lighter” now.
And you can tell.
This is his first 36 hole lead at a PGA Tour event since he won the U.S. Open back in 2019. He shot a scorching 7-under 63 and leads by three stokes.
Who’s Chasing?
Nicolai Hojgaard (Keith’s pick) and Jackson Suber are tied for 2nd at -10.
Defending champion Min Woo Lee and Jason Day each shot 63, finishing four shots back, while Michael Thorbjornsen (64) was another shot behind.
