Plus: The Mackenzie Club, Spinning Wedges, and More.

Good Afternoon. Tiger Woods owns the all-time record for consecutive cuts made at 142 - a number that still feels fake.

The longest active streak belonged to Xander Schauffele at 72… until yesterday, when he finally missed the cut.

That hands the belt to Scottie Scheffler, who now holds the longest active streak on Tour at 65.

The guy isn’t even playing this weekend and he still wins somehow. Unbelievable.

How to Spin Your Wedges (Equipment + Technique)

If you’ve ever wondered why some wedge shots check and spin while others come out flat and dead, this video will give you real clarity.

Farmers Update: Rosie Leads The Pack

Remember all that talk earlier this week about Torrey Pines not being a birdie-fest?

Yeah… Justin Rose clearly didn’t get the memo.

In the first two rounds, Rose shot 62-65 - that’s 17-under for those keeping score at home - and set a new 36-hole tournament record in the process.

Rose is 45, so you’d be forgiven for thinking this is where the wall usually shows up in a players career. Instead, he is playing some of the best golf of his life.

He’s 10th in the world, his ball speed is still elite, and he’s been right there on the biggest stages - runner-up at the 2024 Open Championship and the 2025 Masters.

He also won 2025 FedEx St. Jude Championship and was a top performer for Europe in their 2025 Ryder Cup victory.

So here’s the take: Justin Rose is going to contend in another major this year - and he might just win one.

The 2026 PGA Championship is in Philly, at Aronimink.

The last time there was a major in Philly? Rose won the U.S. Open at Merion.

Could we see history repeat itself?

Who Else Is In Contention?

Seamus Power (-13) is in solo second place, just four strokes behind Justin Rose.

Joel Dahmen and Max McGreevy (-11) are in a tie for third, and Si Woo Kim (-10) is by himself in 5th place.

Brooks Koepka made the cut on the number (-3) and will play the weekend. He’ll need to play well to cash our pre-tournament Top 20 pick at +280.
