⛳️ Cashmere Keith Leads In Philly

Plus: Bryson Is An Awesome Guy, Roll-Back Debate, and More Golf News.

Good Afternoon. Once again, a Golden Age course has gotten picked apart by modern pros and modern equipment. Where do you stand on the roll-back debate?

"If the golf ball just went a little shorter, this course would be awesome. Not that it isn't awesome any way, but just right now with the distances we hit it it's probably 500-600 yards too short. It would be amazing to play courses like this the way the architect wanted you to play them." - Rory McIlroy on PCC

Do you think they should roll the ball back?

Quick Update: Truist Championship

Image: PGA Tour

Keith Mitchell is quickly becoming the FRL king.

The Truist Championship is the 4th time this season he’s lead after the first round and his 61 on Thursday was both a personal best and a course record.

Unlike the three previous instances, Cashmere Keith managed to extend his lead to 36 holes this time, but will he be able to hold on?

With two rounds left, he’s got a pretty talented pack of players behind him:

1. Keith Mitchell (-12)

2. Shane Lowry (-11)

3. Sepp Straka (-10)

T4. Justin Thomas (-7)

T4. Rory McIlroy

T4. Collin Morikawa

T4. Akshay Bhatia

T4. Si Woo Kim

Bryson Is An Awesome Guy

Bryson DeChambeau went out of his way to give a young fan with cancer an incredible experience.

Thing We’d Buy: Johnny Collar

You may not know this, but RLX (Ralph Lauren) is making a comeback in the golf space.

They sponsor Billy Horschel, so you’ve likely seen him wearing their stuff on TV a good bit (prior to his hip surgery).

This short-sleeve sweater is knit with cotton-blend yarns that include COOLMAX® fibers to help keep you cool, dry, and comfortable on the course.
