Jalapeño Pineapple Margarita with Insolito*
2 oz Tequila Insolito
1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Cointreau (or triple sec)
1/4 oz Jalapeño Syrup
Rim a rocks glass with a mixture of Tajin and salt. Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish a pineapple leaf and Jalapeño slices. Cheers!
